Earlier this month I spent two busy days with Hing and Esther (videographers) filming tutorials.
I prepared ten tutorials which will be available for your viewing from my website.
I asked my followers on instagram what they would like to learn and I got some great feedback.
I decided on a few videos to help you get started and also some more detailed videos to help you create stunning finishes on your cake.
I started with the recipe and step by step instructions on my secret chocolate mud cake which is my tried and tested recipe that I work with regularly. It is delicious and extremely reliable.
Then I have shown you how to make ganache, ganache your cake so that you get a beautiful smooth finish and straight edges.
I have also filmed step by step instructions on how to cover your cake with icing, stack two tiers together add stunning gold leaf to one tier and rustic and delicate ruffles to another tier.
I think one of the most exciting videos is my quick sugar peony, Its so much easier than it looks and it looks breathtaking.
I have also included a tips and tricks video to show you the important little things I like to do to ensure my cakes have a professional finish. (those little details you wont find in a book)
I am so excited to release these to you and hope that they will inspire you to create your own cake works of art. I look forward to seeing what you create also and hearing your feedback on the videos.

Their cake was white chocolate mud cake layered with white chocoalte ganache finished with sugar paste on the top two tiers and the base tier was dark chocolate mud cake layered with dark chocolate ganache and finished with sugar paste details. The fresh flowers topped the cake of perfectly they were put together by Sandi From Willow Bud.
